The licence

A Mountbay licence lets you use the current major version of Mountbay (including its updates) on the number of devices you bought. You may move it between your own devices by deactivating one before activating another. Licences may not be resold or shared beyond the purchased number of devices.

Free version

The free version may be used without a licence, with the features described on our website.

Refunds

If Mountbay doesn't work for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunded licences stop working.

Your data and services

You are responsible for the servers and cloud services you connect and for keeping backups of important files. Mountbay acts on your instructions; deleting a file in Finder deletes it on the connected service.

Warranty and liability

Mountbay is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
